Woodlyte Film Coated Shuttering plywood is specially designed for use in concrete framework and various shuttering applications. Woodlyte shuttering ply conforms to IS 4990. Raw material species are used as specified in clause 6.1 of IS 4990. Adhesive used is BWP Grade as per IS 848. Preservative treated with Organic Chemicals as per IS 5539. Glue line protected with organic chemicals. It is termite resistant & borer proof. It is an eco-friendly product. Installation Guidelines
- Apply release agent evenly before each concrete pour cycle
- Secure all joints properly to prevent concrete seepage
- Install proper bracing at recommended intervals for support
- Check panel alignment carefully before securing to framework
- Maintain proper nail spacing to prevent panel buckling
Maintenance Tips
- Clean thoroughly after each use to remove concrete residue
- Inspect surface for damage or wear before each use
- Store panels flat in dry conditions between uses
- Apply release agent to edges to prevent concrete adhesion
