Woodlyte Flush Doors are bonded together under high temperature and optimum pressure using BWP type PF synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848 standards. The planks are chemically treated in a preservative tank and later seasoned in a kiln according to the scheduled temperature and humidity control chart before being converted into battens and frame.
Woodlyte Flush Doors have an extra lock rail that provides additional strength for fitting hinges and anti-deviation resistance. These durable and dimensionally stable doors are treated to resist bio-degradation, termites, borers, and fungi.
